Jerk Chicken

Jerk Chicken is the best way to spice up your weekday. Our favorite way to serve is over Charleston Gold Rice, and with roasted brussel sprouts.

This dish is simple with a one-sheet pan roast with the veggies and marinated jerk chicken cooking at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. 

The marinade is up to you when it comes to spice. I buy pre-made, but when I finally make a homemade version, I'll come back and update this blog to share.
